Terri Harrod, Youth Development

Terri Harrod has over 30 years of coaching experience in public education and USA volleyball clubs, including The Colony High School, LHS Harmon High School, Dallas Force VBC, Force PSA, Synergy VBC, and LoneStar VBC. She led a team to the UIL State Semi-Finals in 2010 and has numerous UIL Play-off appearances and Bi-District, Area, and Regional Qualifier and Championships. Her teams have qualified for the North Texas Region, USA Volleyball Nationals, and the AAU National Tournament.

Terri has coached club teams as a Head Coach for 13s, 15s, and 16s, and as an Assistant Coach for 17s in both the Open and Club Divisions. Additionally, she has coached youth leagues with LoneStar VBC for 10s, 11s, and 12s, and has conducted pre-tryout clinics, youth skill development clinics, and back-to-school team camps.

Terri was a three-sport athlete in high school and continued her athletic career in college at Ranger Jr. College and Texas Woman's University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is passionate about teaching volleyball skills and team play, driven by witnessing the growth of children as they excel through the techniques, social skills, and understanding of the game.
