This is a Fundraiser for Vision Volleyball Club

This fundraiser is to raise money for the Vision Player Sponsorship Fund. We are using the RunYourPool.com website for our Super Bowl Squares fundraiser pool. Super Bowl LIX is on Sunday February 9, 2025. The site is now live and ready for you to start buying and/or selling squares!

What is a Super Bowl Squares pool?

This pool is a basic 100 square grid per Head Coach. The board is a 10x10 grid of boxes and each row and column and assigned a number from 0 to 9. Each square of the grid can be claimed by a pool member for $25 per square. At the end of each quarter, the last digit of both teams’ score is compared to the grid to determine a winner. The grid numbers are randomly assigned by the pool system after everyone has selected a square. The pool is administered online and everyone can see the completed grid at the start of the game.

How do people sign up?

1. Click Vision Volleyball Club Super Bowl Squares Fundraiser
2. Enter email address
3. Create a password
4. Create Account (first / last name, display name and phone number)
5. Join the 3rd Annual Fundraiser - VVBC Super Bowl LIX
6. Select your Head Coach’s Grid from the drop-down Grid list (ex: Grid #1 – Coach Woolen, Grid #7 – Coach Parks, Grid #14 – Coach Shaw) **Be mindful to not just select the first grid when open Grids!!
7. Select the Squares you want
8. Pay for your Squares – an invoice will be sent to the email address associated with the Squares selection. All invoices are DUE by 11:59PM on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

What is our Goal?

Our goal is to complete 1 grid per Head Coach – which means each Head Coach needs to sell 100 squares. Share this link with your family, friends, and co-workers – people LOVE to play Super Bowl Squares! Be sure to emphasize this pool is a fundraiser. Vision plans to keep 60% of the entry fees for the Vision Player Sponsorship Fund.

• Price per Square Cost: $25
• Team Pool Income: $2,500
• Team Pool Payout Per Quarter: $250

What if I win?

All winners will be contacted after the game to determine the preferred method of payout (i.e. Zelle, PayPal, check, etc).

Fundraising Opportunities for the Player Sponsorship Fund:

1) Donations: We welcome and appreciate any donations, big or small, that will help us further our mission of providing an opportunity for all athletes to patriciate in our program.

2) Fundraising Events: We hold various fundraising events throughout the season, such as Super Bowl Squares, March Madness Brackets, etc., that all athletes can participate in. Each event raises funds for the Player Sponsorship and offers an opportunity for families to win financial prizes as well.
