Performance Training

We are excited about our partnership with Trainer Chris Givens. Chris has trained numerous collegiate and professional athletes to advance their speed, agility and vertical skills. This six-week Performance Training Program is targeted in the areas essential to develop quicker footwork, core strength and vertical. This program is open to ALL rising middle school and high school athletes looking to take their skills to the next level!
