Kit Cruz-Verona is a native of the Philippines and began playing volleyball in middle school and all through high school as a Libero/Defensive Specialist.  She is passionate about developing athletes through the game with confidence, the ability to effectively work with others and enthusiasm.  She has the philosophy of progress over perfection. 

Kit has over ten years of coaching experience in both recreational and club environments.  She believes teaching the fundamentals of volleyball is a start in learning the game and gaining a strong volleyball IQ.  She loves working with players ranging in age from 10 to 16 years old. She lives in Allen with her supportive husband Jeff and their dogs Loki and Lucy.
