Karis Davis has 11 years of volleyball experience. This includes 4 years on Varsity where she earned First Team All-State and First Team All-District Awards, as well as Offensive and Overall MVP player for her school. Karis also played club volleyball for 3 years and went on to play for Hesston College. The position she primarily played throughout her career was as a setter, which allowed her to be attentive to all positions as a leader of her team. These experiences have allowed her to develop good communication, the ability to encourage others and the skills to provide feedback toward all positions on the court. She uses her knowledge developed as a player in her coaching style. Her goal is to inspire and assist players to work hard and focus on their strengths to advance them both on and off the court. Coach Karis is also part of the coaching staff at Prestonwood Christian Academy as the JV Head Coach.
