Jessica Thompson has always had a passion for watching people grow! She does not believe there is anything more rewarding in life than to witness youth grab an opportunity and make the most of it! Jessica's goal is to extend Vision VBC into the far north Texas region and provide ample opportunity for the talent in this area. We are excited for Jessica to help grow Vision's presence in these counties! Jessica has 3 years coaching experience. As a coach you will find that Jessica is very well rounded. She is a firm believer that hard work, dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude will not only help athletes thrive in volleyball but also set them up for success as an adult. Jessica believes the mission set before Coaches is to provide the fundamentals, opportunities to play higher-scale teams for competition, and to create a strong team culture that will stay with young athletes for a lifetime!
