Heather Woolen began her coaching career in 2001 with her Varsity coach and longtime mentor, Terri Harrod. Under the guidance of her mentor, Heather amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience about the art of teaching young athletes. Heather has head coached numerous teams in various ages but finds her true passion with the younger age groups. She enjoys watching the growth and development of young volleyball players and motivating them to become students of the game. Heather is a strong believer in teaching the fundamentals and proper mechanics for sustainable success. Heather is passionate about building Vision Volleyball Club on the foundation of family and trust. She is committed to knowing each player personally and providing a positive and productive environment where young athletes thrive. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University. Outside of coaching, Heather spends most of her free time on a football field with her husband and two boys.
