Alicia Monk grew up in Midland, TX and graduated from Midland High School. She was a 4-year collegiate volleyball and softball starter as a middle blocker and pitcher. Alicia played her first two years at Vernon Junior College and then went to Howard Payne University. Alicia earned Conference Player of the Year in volleyball her senior year and was 1st team All-Conference for two years. Alicia has 9 years volleyball coaching experience at the high school level and 6 years experience coaching young athletes on recreational teams. Alicia has also been giving private pitching lessons for softball for 11 years. Alicia spends her free time with my husband and two daughters, who all love traveling and volleyball.
